Iriawan said that they had sent a team to fulfill Shin Tae-yong's wish. The team will review whether or not it is appropriate for the Bali United headquarters to hold a home match for the Garuda Indonesia team.

If finally agreed to play home games in Bali, it might be difficult for the Indonesian team to get direct flights to Brunei Darussalam for away games. The reason is that there are no direct flights from Denpasar to Bandar Seri Begawan.
The best option is to fly between Denpasar and Bandar Seri Begawan via Kuala Lumpur. The flight took nine hours plus transit time in Malaysia.
